The breakfast was amazing! Sara who works in the breakfast area is a great cook and such a hard worker! There was a different breakfast each day, everything was always clean, and she always had fresh coffee available. The hot tub was great actually very hott unlike other hotels I’ve been too, pool was also nice. There was vending machines, hotel was also close to the outlet mall.

If the Metra transportation was better organized, we could have gotten there earlier and had more time spent at this lovely hotel! We needed to recharge our batteries physically & emotionally but were robbed of the opportunity to do so for the maximum amount of time due to the horribly scheduling of the trains coming in from Chicago! And the poorly listed travel times & inconsistency provided info made worse by the holiday! This, of course, was not the fault of the hotel company!

perfect location! nice and clean. staff all pleasant. food was good. hot eggs biscuits and gravy. coffee bar always and even a water dispenser. ice machine worked. best thing: the pool was clean and water warm. the last few month we have been traveling around for sports in the weekends and EVERY hotel pool has been cold. most even Ice cold you can’t swim. so this was wonderful to have what should be the norm. and the hot tub was nice and hot.

Staff was so nice. A snow storm came the day we were supposed to go. They were able to move the trip back a day! Made our trip so much better! They communicates with us about an issue after we left which was amazing! Pool is heated and was so nice. As well as hot tub! Breakfast was yummy with different options both days! Room was comfy and just enough space for our family!

Loved the in-room jacuzzi. It would be great to have that option in a room with 2 beds.

Our room and the staff were great. Found the staff to be very kind and helpful. The room was very nice and accommodating

The location was great, not too far from Milwaukee and Chicago. Lake Michigan was close. A lot of things to do in Kenosha.
